We actively seek land and buildings with potential for commercial development, either to lease when complete or sell to end users, private investors, property companies or financial institutions.

The commercial team also works closely with our associate company Yorkshire & Lincolnshire Developments Ltd which is actively purchasing commercial property for its growing investment portfolio.

THE LANDINGS

In 2006 Beal Holdings completed The Landings, a 13,000 square feet, mixed use retail, office and leisure development at the Burton Waters Marina near Lincoln. Built along a distinctive landscaped, waterside promenade, The Landings is comprised of ten self contained units.

Businesses were attracted by The Landings' superb marina setting, ample free parking and easy access to Lincoln, the Lincoln outer ring road and the A57. The Landings was fully occupied within three months of completion.

NEW PROJECTS

New projects include the next commercial phase at Burton Waters to comprise of 75,000 square feet of mixed use property which will be ready for occupation in 2008.
