Lead by our experienced Construction Director John Goodfellow, each member of our highly motivated site teams is committed to delivering high standards of craftsmanship using good quality materials.
In addition to the eight key stage NHBC inspections each property undergoes, we also have our own, rigorous checks at five additional stages of construction.
Carefully planned programming and tight quality control ensure that homes are both completed to schedule and finished to exacting standards.
Our site teams and managers, many of whom have worked for Beal Homes for many years, receive regular training to refresh skills and keep up to date with the latest build methods.
Beal Homes has long been committed to fostering talented young people and annually recruits trainee apprentices who undertake NVQs in relevant trades. All new apprentices are required to train up to the Master Craftsman level to enable them to join the Beal team.
We set ourselves demanding standards and expect the same from our subcontractors and suppliers. Whilst we have good relationships with first class contractors and suppliers, we constantly review our support base in pursuit of continuous improvement.
A close knit team, we also place great emphasis on health and safety. Robust policy and procedures have resulted in a good H&S record. Monthly site inspections by an independent auditor, monthly H&S management meetings and continual training and awareness initiatives help to safeguard our employees, contractors, customers and other site visitors.
We are also committed to minimising our impact on the environment through strict environmental management systems. The effective use of materials and waste recycling is a prime concern and our policies are constantly under review.
