With a dedicated team, well-defined after care procedures and our generous warranty, we believe that we have developed a market-leading customer care service.

Beal Homes believes that every customer deserves an excellent service - no matter which of our properties they are buying.

We place as much emphasis on the quality of the service we provide, both before and after completion, as we do on the standard of our properties.

We aim to handover every property in excellent condition and, to this end, each one under goes a number of stringent inspections by our site manager, plumbing manager and sales negotiator, finishing with the buyer's inspection.

A bound 'Beal Homes Moving In' pack full of useful information is presented to each buyer and our sales negotiator gives them a detailed demonstration of their new home.

REACTING SWIFTLY AND POSITIVELY

Once buyers have moved in, Gemma Beal, our Customer Care Manager, becomes their first point of contact. Working closely with our construction director and with the support of our full time aftercare finishing team, she ensures that customer concerns are addressed positively and swiftly within agreed timescales.

COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY

All our homes are covered by the ten year NHBC Structural Warranty, but we also provide our own more comprehensive two year warranty and insist our suppliers and contractors match that commitment.

PERSONAL CARE

As a family-run business it is a source of pride that we are renowned for very levels of personal customer care. We are delighted that, over the years, so many people have been so happy with Beal that they have purchased two, three and even four new homes from us.
